We experienced some set-up issue as when we arrived, the supposed corner wherein we're supposed to set-up the booth was occupied by a cocktail counter. So we had to improvise and just set-up at the only remaining free corner of the cocktail area. Good thing there was a nearby power socket.
Miscommunication, last minute changes or equipment failure could happen. This is why we've learned that we should be at the venue at least 1.5 hrs earlier so we have ample time to do the necessary changes or troubleshooting.
